CHRIS Evans impressed listeners to his Virgin Radio Breakfast Show by revealing he reads four books a WEEK.
The DJ was interviewing Dawn O'Porter on her new book, So Lucky, when he dropped the fact.

The bestselling author told Chris that most radio DJ's interviewing her haven't even opened her books.
She said on the Chris Evans Virgin Radio Breakfast Show with Sky: "This is step one of my book tour, by the way. I don't think I've ever been on a radio interview where the host has actually read the books.
"So this is really surprising."
Chris replied: "No, seriously, my listeners know I was the book doctor for a while a couple of weeks ago.

"And I talk about books, I read about three or four books a week, usually non-fiction.
"But they know when I say buy the book, I mean it."
Dawn is known for books such as The Cows, Paper Aeroplanes and Goose.
Chris Evans has a lot more reading time since giving up his phone earlier this year.

The presenter revealed to his listeners that he gave up on using his smart phone and hasn't looked back since.
He told his audience: "I got rid of my phone on the 19th of January this year.
"I don't have a phone or an email. Right so I have a lot more time. In fact I have the same amount of time, it is just mine."
Speaking about what he does with his extra free time, the dad-of-three said: "So what do I do with my time?
